All items must be in ready to sell condition. They must be smoke-free, bug-free and pet hair free.

Clothing must be folded neatly or laid flat in a box or bin. No garbage or grocery bags.

If it is a 2 piece set or more, they MUST be laid together or pinned together or they will be sold as separate items which can possibly lower the value.

HullaBallew Boutique will set the prices and sales on all items. If there is any item you feel is worth more, please attach a note of the value to the item.

Must meet current safety standards & include all parts. Please check for recalls on baby gear prior to bringing it in.

Unaccepted products must be picked up on the next business day. Any products not picked up will be donated or thrown away.

If HullaBallew Boutique is running a sale in consignment, both parties are responsible for the cost of the sale. Ex: If an item is $10 but on sale for $5, you will receive 40% of $5.

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless HullaBallew Boutique, its employees, agents and independent contractors for any injury, property damage, liability, claim or other cause of action arising out of or related to services provided herein.
